The Simulation With CAD
The Simulation With CAD
enables the development of a technical solution that is adapted to the requirements of the
customer.
The Two-Piece-Mould
The Structure Of The-Two-Piece-mold allows production of single or double walled
roto-molded parts.
The Polyethylene Powder
Before The Interior Mold is secured, a measured amount of polyethylene powder is
poured into the bottom of the exterior mold.
Manufacturing Cycle Input
The Duration Of Each Manufacturing Cycle - preparation, heating and cooling - is
programmed in the computer.
Heat and Rotation
The Double Effect Of Heat And Rotation when going through the kiln ensures an
even distribution of the polyethylene between the two walls of the mold.
The Cooling Chamber
The rotation molded part acquires it's dimensional stability when passing
through the cooling chamber.
Removing The Product
After this phase, the product has sufficient hardness and stability, so that the
pattern can be drawn - total duration: approximately 1 hour.
PUR Compound Injection
The PUR compound injected between the walls of the container solidifies when
passing through the kiln tunnel, giving the final product it's thermal insulation
characteristics.
